Bone & Muscle problems

From the last 3 months , my left side of face got displaced more forward than the other .Therefore, giving it a deformed look . It gets worse day by day . The lips of the right side of the face is more droopy . Its looks like  I have cranial assymetry .Are there any facial excercise that can help me sort it up ?I dont want to go to a maxillofacial doc tho

I recently hit my leg to the ground, causes pain in my knee and causing some sounds .i took a X-ray, but didn't meet doctor , i want know my situation.

I have pain above the left knee joint and I tried applying Volini gel and use heat pack for reducing pain. I have taken zerodol for pain reduction. Nothing was found in xray too. It seems normal.
