Can anyone tell us the % of supraspinatus tendon partial thickness tear in the attached imaging? And do you think the tendon can be healed with shoulder brace+shoulder strengthening exercises+physiotherapy+pain meds? Or an arthroscopic surgery is required?

It started with cracking sound in knee but no pain I went on a trekking trip in 2019 after that i experience regular pain and sound in my knee Sometimes the pain goes away but comes back when ever i do heavy exercises or task such as dancing for long etc

I have constant pain in muscles since few months . I have been facing pain in leg since few years. I feel relaxed when leg is tied or some heavy weights are kept on it. Pain is there only in right leg, I don't have any issue in left leg. Not sure what is the problem. Can someone please guide me.

I underwent a tibia nailing surgery on 26 August. My fibula was also fractured but doctor left it unattended attended. I am having physiotherapy sessions and conditions have improved a lot But since last 4-5 days I feel pain slightly below knee area. This pain mainly occurs when I bent and unbent my knee or when I raise a leg during exercise. This pain becomes less after exercise but gradually appears again when I bent knee or raise my leag after sometime. Please tell me if this is normal. Isn't there any issue with nail or healing? I am moving around with Walker and give partial weight on affected leg and also sit on sofa without putting my leg on any raised object. Need clear cut reply please. Please give answer as a help as it will relax me

It's been a month since clavical fracture on left side , have been wearing shoulder brace and arm sling . this is the latest xray. Kindly check and update on the progress

Hello Dr., my ortho has asked me for a BMD test. I m apprehensive. Is it a Must.? I m 32 kgs weught, 60 years old female, with center back pain. Dr has prescribed me B29 and gemitrol. My Dr is very good and prescribes gud meds.. But about BMD I m getting 2nd minded. Please Advice. Thanks

Can ibs cauases Arthritis? Iam suffering from ibs and acid reflux mixed bowel habbits some times constupation some times dairriah have tested colonoscopy and endoscopy as result mentioned avove. From 10 days iam getting little pain in my fingers and hair fall i tested some blood test for hairloss in that it is showing vitamin d 19.5and b12 183  difficiency iam worring about i may have arthritis please help me

Attached is the image of black spots on leg after injury. There is lot of pain on leg. Got injured due to slip in bathroom as per xray no fracture. Pls guide what needs to be taken to reduce the black colour and pain.
