Back Neck Pain and whole back upper pain
I am suffering from back neck pain and upper side back pain which mostly gives headache also. I am working in Bank and deals with this pain from last 2 years.

Get an MRI Cervical spine and consult a good spine or orthopaedic surgeon

It's common for those who do long hours of sitting work. You have to get x ray as you have these complaints for 2 years.

• Back/Abdomen and Neck muscle strengthening exercises. Deep Heat Therapy-Local USG, SWD, Infrared. • Spine ergonomic instructions-Avoid forward bending, and ground-level activities. To sleep on a cot with a firm mattress, Sit on an ergonomic chair/Table for work, take a break every 45 mins on sitting jobs, and electronic device to be placed at eye level. • Watch for increased Pain/Fever/Weakness in Limbs, Bowel/Bladder. If present, follow up with the nearest hospital.
