Experiencing pain in finger joints while using mouse or holding phone. Especially in the right hand

Hi, I have lower back pain from past 1 week. Due to this, I am not able to Sit in proper posture or stand for long duration time.. I am using Dr. Ortho lumbo support belt for daily routine. Without that belt, I am unable to walk few steps. Sometime I am feeling twinkling in one leg whenever I try to walk. Can someone help me with this? Is it due to nerve issue ? I have not taken any tablet. I was applying No-Vedana cream by elements and body massager.

Left side of my right knee is paining after taking driving class for an hour..For the forst couple of minutes, pain is so sharp its difficult to walk, its reduces by the minute and completely goes away after 2 hrs. Why is this happening? Is it because of bad posture of leg position ? In the second class, I tried to make sure my right leg is relaxed but still the problem is persisting.

Hello doctor, I am 37, female. I am suffering from severe knee and hand thumb bone pain since last 7 weeks. I was prescribed steroid, 5 days course and subsequently pain killers along with some supplement. But as soon as I stop taking pain killers the pain will resume with the same intensity. Its most painful during night and in the morning. I can't even walk a single step. Is there any cure? Also, the thumb bone in my right hand is such that I can't tear a packet or chapati. Please suggest something. I am on painkillers since last 7 weeks and I know its harmful. P. S. X- ray report came normal. RA factor, thyroid, uric acid within range. Hba1C 6.5
