Care AI Shimmer
Tailbone (Coccyx) Pain/ Coccydynia, takes long time to recover. And may recurr if sudden jerk or bump presses on the tailbone again. Use a coccyx pillow. Do sitz bath, ie sit inside a tub full of hot water, immersing the painful tailbone underwater. Short course of non steroidal anti inflammatory medicine to reduce inflammation.
Health Tips
Carry the coccyx pillow with you everywhere.
