I'm having shoulder pain since 5 years while throwing criciket ball gone through MRI btw pain still there after phyiso i cant move  my left hand upwards

My mother has been facing continuous pain in the left side of her waist and leg while sleeping , that's why she can't sleep properly , she has been facing this problem since last 6 months , she had visited a doctor once 3 months ago for this reason , doctor said the reason as Spondylitis, the doctor gave her medicine and an ointment , but the pain did not decrease , still she facing the pain daily during sleep and can't sleep

I had avulsion fracture in my left foot in Feb 2024 As per latest x-rays, it's been healed, the pain should heal with time. I started ankle strengthening excercises in March 2024 and have been continuing. In June, while walking I heard a pop sound, since then I have pain in the bottom of my same previous injured foot. Basically some point below the big toe towards the ankle/ heel n in middle i feel the sensation. Doctor said it's nothing n i should focus on excercises. But could someone still elaborate. Thanks!

Only right knee pain which comes and goes. Suddenly the pain worsened. The MRI showed: minimal to gross joint effusion. Grade 2 injury of patellar tendon. Enhancement of hoffas fat pad. Blood test: crp and esr were high. Uric acid, rf factor, cbc were normal. Aso was normal No recent injuries too. Last knee injury was 5 year back due to a fall upon mri that showed minimal joint effusion. Other things were normal. What is the exact cause? Is it a type of chronic inflammatory arthritis or any other like an autoimmune disease?

Sir/Ma'am, Last year my course of 6 months T. B. Medicine was completed. Now for more than 6 months I am having pain in my right hand wrist and sometimes in whole right hand bones, resulting in cry.
