There is degeneration (wear & tear) in the L4-5 disc, which has led to the disc becoming enlarged and bulge. This causes pressure on the nerves in the spine which lie behind the disc. This is diagnosed as Degenerative Lumbar Stenosis.
Next Steps
Symptomatic relief with anti-inflammatory medications to relieve the inflammation in the disc and nerves (eg. zerodol sp) nerve soothants (eg pregabalin) physiotherapy is a must. *medications dosage and prescription as per clinical medical condition*
