•Grade 1 retrolisthesis of L5 over S1 vertebra with reduced height of L5-S1 intervertebral disc with end plate of edema changes along superior and plate of S1 vertebra and inferior end plate of L5 vertebral body.
• Diffuse disc bulge with posteracentral disc herniation at L5-51 level compressing the
thecal sac and bilateral descending nerva roots with indentation of bilateral exiting nerve roots in neural foraminas.
• Mitt posterior dise bulge at L4-L5 level mildly indenting bilateral exiting nerve roots in neural foraminas.
