Sir I can't tolerate pain and nausea and vomiting and became very tierd .and I can't breathe properly while I lied down and it is passing through the under rib and chest

Have pain in both legs for the last few days. Feels like stiff muscles and the kind of pain we get due to body heat. Kindly suggest any medication. Thanks in advance.

3 months ago my friend got a leg injury due to falling from the scooter. But there was no fracture in his leg and it was healed within 3-4 days.But even after 3 months, even the slightest imbalance causes severe pain in his leg.What could be the reason for this? Please tell the doctor.

Hello Doctor. I have been suffering from pain in the back of my right knee for a month. It hurts when I get up especially from the squat position. But I have no pain at all while walking, running and performing yoga. I have also noticed little swelling on the back calf muscle. And also suffering from lower back pain.
