Done endscopic spine surgery but still have some pain in butt area and very high tightness in both calves Slr 20degree Why it is happening after surgery It is a part of recovery?

I have been jogging for the last 10 days, on Thursday while running I started feeling pain in my muscles exactly behind my knee. I felt pain which was like a cramp. I felt difficult while walking on Thursday I had one zerodal and the pain was off on Friday morning. I don't go for a run on Friday. On Saturday i resumed my running and i felt pain and was not able to jog. I am able to walk and not feel the pain. Can you suggest what can be done. Thank you

Small lump appeared on the right hand index finger (middle joint) which grew slightly bigger and there is minor pain and back of the finger skin got harder, went to local physician who prescribed chymomerg tab( twice a day) and local application (medisalic cream) but no considerable improvement. what has caused this and why there is pain ,suggest treatment.

Hi Doctor, I delivered a baby 40 days back through c-section and before that I was on complete bed rest for 3.5 months due to emergency cervical cerclage. I have taken hepatitis b vaccine from past 2 months now i felt pain in arm from 1 and half month the pain is present, hand movements and x ray report is normal but pain sometimes goes and comes and by doing activity pain increased and after taking dose after 1 month some day i have numbness in arm for 6 days which is gone now and only pain is present which is not constant and somtimes present in outer arm and inner arm and in injection site and sometimes it is diffuse and stabbing types so plz doctor help me Is there any nerve problem
