Back Pain for wife
My wife is having severe back pain. She had C section 5 months back and can't move even. As it was late night yestersay we went to near by doctor.only duty doctor was there she gave pain injection and told to take x ray. I have attached x ray image.. She told after few days you can consult any orthopedic doctor as ortho doctor of that hospital went on leave. Can you look at x ray and say should we consult ortho and is it a ortho issue? Similar pain occured 5 days back and it disappeared after two days

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate your wife in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  - Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. - Keep no pillow under the head. - Avoid painful acts & activities. - Fomentation with warm water. -Let the part not be exposed cold. -Do mild exercises for the affected part.- back and lower limbs  -Any way it may be tried, --. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1tab once  a day x 5days  --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1tab Once  a day x 10 days.
