Back pain and hips/buttocks pain
Hello Doctor, From past 4 months iam having back pain and buttocks pain and sciatica leg pain. After sitting on the bed for sometime when I want to get up iam not able to stand quickly. My hips will be in pain for almost a minute and after that I have to put my hands on knees and I have to get up. If I try to get up from bed without holding my hands I can't. While sleeping on bed facing my eyes to sky my back near the shoulders and my hips will get pain severe, when I try to turn and sleep sideways my chest and ribs will pain severe. If I take paracetamol in the night after food, next day till evening it will be ok but again after that everything is same, again it will pain. Kindly suggest.

You are showing symptoms of nerve compression, with the sciatica and the radiating pain. If this is an acute onset, then would reflect a disc prolapse at your age. You need to get a Spine Specialist Consultation to gauge the extent of your symptoms and guide treatment forward. Would likely need an MRI as well.
