Knee joint pain
Can someone help me reading the X ray. The pain has not subsided after use of medicines. Kindly advise. I am a sailor and I am currently at sea, can't do much from here. This report is of my Mother's. Kindly help.
Medicine given
Rejilox 1T a day
Calcium supplements
Medlife ayurvedic joint grease supplement.
The subsides after consumption of pain killers. Is it advisable to take pain killers regularly? Physiotherapy recommended but with the pain it's not possible. Is it advisable to go for physiotherapy by subsiding the pain using pain killers.
Kindly help.

Posteriocentral Disc extrusion at l4-l5
Hi,
I have been suffering from low back pain from the past 1.5months. Consulted a few doctors in March and am took rest but the pain didn't subside. Went for an MRI and report says, "Focal Posteriocentral Disc extrusion at L4-L5 is compressing the Thecal sac and indenting both L5 traversing nerve roots". I don't have any pain down the legs and am able to sit and walk for 40mins with out any pain, post which discomfort starts in the lower back and I have to lie down. No issue any where with the legs, toes, ankles and heels. Can walk properly.
Shown the MRI to a doctor, got to know that the extrusion is much and should go for a surgery. Any non-surgical treatments to come back to normal.

Straightening of spine
I unfortunately had muscle spasm of my lower back muscle and severe lower back ache.. in the X-ray it was totally straight lumbar spine . In the MRI it was disc bulge of L5-S1 and might degenerative changes at the same level.
Now that I'm ok with treatment and rest.i have one doubt left.
WOULD THE LUMBAR SPINE STRAIGHTENING CORRECTED TO NORMAL LORDOTIC POSITION..??
I am a medical graduate too ..
Kindly help me through this
