Bone & Muscle problems

Back pain but no radiating pain in legs. Having back pain since few months .no tingling sensation as for now .

I have severe pain in my heel due to abnormal growth of a bone. I consulted my doctor and they prescribed me some exercises and supplements and pain killers bt no improvement is there. After that they were saying for steroids injection in my heel. Is it safe?  or it will cause fatness??

Long back injury while sports. Continues getting knee pain and stiffness numbness and tingling sensation on both knees. X ray are normal. Medicine are follow up collatrix and voverna 50 mg tablet and volitra aps spray. Sometimes suddenly swelling will occur. No clinical findings. Also placing heat and cold pack on knees. Especially left knee will suffer more. All test reports are normal. I am follow up exercises and stop walking and sports totally and gym

My uncle is 62 years old ,he fall and now he doesn't walk,i consult doctor and doctor tell that bit crack possible but he is not sure and x rays report is also normal,what can i do now

Need best orthopedic doctor consultation for joint pains legs and knees have full of pain can we go with medicine or physiotherapists

Hi I got sprain in my feet last week . I consulted with the doc and x-ray was also done . Doctor said it was a ligament injury.But still my pain is not less do l need to consult some other doc?
