Bone & Muscle problems

She is suffering from pain in knee joint infrequently in left leg. Problem is more than 6 years old. But now the pain is more intense What is the reason and what is solution??

I'm feeling stiffness in lower back after some heavy lifting and face problem when i stand up after sitting. There is no pain when i'm lying and feels little confortable after heat massage. Otherwise like the back movement is little restricted. Please advise what could be the problem and whats the treatment.

Sir good morning. I am indian army soldier and suffering from continuous pain in right hip to knee and up to foot. Army doctor done arthroscopy  per-operating 1cm x 1cm punched lession in anteroinferior quadrant with subchondral bone exposed. So pl give me advice how to end continuous pain from hip.  to leg.
