  4. Lower Back Pain. Could be the reason?

Lower Back Pain
I am getting lower back pain, right side from last 3 months. It is coming generally in morning time. That too not very frequently. Frequency is around 20 days. I am an IT professional. Could you please help that what could be the reason?

Needs to be properly assessed face to face by a orthopaedician. You may need an MRI scan of lumbosacral spine in the future do not hesitate to get scan done if adviced
