Bone & Muscle problems

I have slip disc L4/L5/S1 ,pain in lower back and radiating to the right leg. I got cortisone injected on last Monday to S1 for the herniated disc for sciatica.The pain has come down but the right leg is numb from calf muscle down till the toe . What are the suggested treatments to reduce the numbness and relief from pain ? Please refer to screenshot from the MRT.

Last few days I am facing neck and shoulder pain . Specially while sleeping it increases. In the neck main pain point is the point which connect neck and head. Please tell me what am I suppose to do?

Hi doctor I am suffering back pain and cervical pain from many years and recently pain has become acute.My profession is that of Software engineer. I recently got my MRI done where its written that i have annular tear and schmorl node at L1 and L2.. Doctor has said its not serious and I should seek phsyiotherapy.Planning to visit ur chamber this weekend. Can u provide some inputs if this state is not completely repairable and I wont be able to pick weights. Thanks

X ray says B/l rudimentary cervical ribs along with loss of cervical lordosis..suffering from neck pain

I experienced a deep cut on a finger joint & stitches weren't possible. Subsequently my finger was heavily bandaged & motion wasn't possible. After 3 weeks, the bandage has been removed though there is scab on the joint. I am unable to rotate the fingers. How should I facilitate the healing of the joint and would it leave a scar?

Doctor a couple of months back i wore a terrible sandles. there was no heel in it bit i really caused trouble while walking. all of a sudden one day i had intense pain near my talus area in the left foot. I decided to throw those sandals and wore proper support shoes. now the thing is if i walk a little faster than my usual or a little different my left foot talus and ankle area starts to pain and i can't even put my leg down properly because it hurts. Then with home care it goes away. but there is some pain almost all the time in that area. i can move my feet when there is no intense pain. have not done any xray as such. what could be the reader this keeps happening?

May I know the symptoms if ACL graft is ruptured in 10 days of surgery? What happens if we put weight on the knee operated?

From last couple of days , My husband is having pain in his left arm starting from shoulder . Also gets tingling sensation and numbness. His ECG report is good. Also his neck and back pains.
