ACL tears don’t heal, they need to be reconstructed. As u have partial ACL tear , u can go ahead with Physio right away to get ur muscle strength and range of motion back.
One thing : u have partial injury of patellar tendon attachment, this s little concern. Though it will also heal eventually, u need a clinical examination to know and advice u further

You stand very little chance with your active lifestyle with sports. So you need to get your ACL Reconstruction done. Little chances of healing on its own
