Hi, I am having recurring lower back pain including my buttocks, and I have heavy spasms all over my back and sides, plus heavy spasms on my shoulders too. I have no history of spasms till now, and this all started since 1 year Please help Thanks

Am unable to stand for 15 mins also ma getting foot pain hence can I use tablet for tramadole for relief or Pls advice other tab

I am having back pain on upper left side due to which my left hand is also paining a lot. Please suggest some home remedies which can be done to reduce this.

My mother had on-off back pain since long time but recently she had having severe pain leg in left side, not able to walk or move left leg. I am really worried about her. Please help. I got her mri and x ray done. Attaching mri report and current medications.

There seems to be some sort of blockage in my right shoulder. I exercise regularly and i particularly face problems while pushing exercises. Right shoulder gets fatigued pretty quickly and couldn't do much further after that. The left shoulder works fine. Also when i warm up by rotating my arms, there seems to be some friction going on in my right shoulder.

My right hand finger was hit while closing the door. It has become green and it is paining. Seems like there is a blood clot below my nail. I am unable to move that finger freely. And little pressure on that finger, around the nail,  is causing pain. Should I apply ice to it ? How to reduce the pain ? How to cure the internal blood clot ?

I twisted my ankle as I fell down, the area is swollen, i did use the ice pack and hot water with salt as well, is it necessary for me to go to the doctor?

I have my right shoulder pain. Centre of shoulder , have done no-excercise nothing . Automatically it start in day and still here from 10 days . Have enough pain killers , chymoral-plus . Pain still there , any advise ?

Can i do cycling exercise insted of walking? Which one is better for health ? Kindly suggest me some good tips.
