Hi, my brother was suffering from viral fever.doctor has done blood test and says it’s negative for dengue, malaria and typhoid..however he having a severe pain in lower leg and he bangs the leg very hardly while in half sleep. I am worried what should be done

Post viral arthritis could be the reason for the pain. Better to consult an orthopaedic surgeon for the leg injury.

Body pains are common during and after viral illness.  But if the pain so severe,  sdo take him to an orthopedic doctor for a checkup
