Gone thru lab test for Uric Acid-6.7 ESR-16 CRP-3 Per report ESR is one point increased, any medication is reqd? I had joint pain last week, my age is 58

My wife has a pain in the feet . Her job demands her to stand and perform duties as being a receptionist. She has frequent pain in the feet base and sometimes a mild swelling. We have consulted a doctor before but as per the Dr. There are no finding. But the pain is consistent and sometimes she cannot bear it . What can be the reason for this. We have also changed the type of shoes she is wearing . The shoes are giving comfort but the pain is the same . The pain starts almost every alternate day. please advise. Thanking you in advance

I feel pain in my knee while doing rehab exercises. I had ACL Ganglion Cyst anthroscopy removal about 5 months ago. Is it common to feel pain in knee while rehab exercises? Any measures to reduce it?

One yr before  back pain .taking some physiotherapy treatment.now that's fine. Last 3 weeks i have some problem. Whenever i am sleeping my both hands  fingers are swelling .why in day time also same feel.so I went to hospital dr suggest some blood test RA Factor and Crp.iam taking this 2days before result is RA factor is 8.1 IU/ ml Crp is 23.5mg/l .my doubt or fear is any other disease ie  related kidney issues. now I am very tensed this . how to reduce crp and pls clarify sir

I am having burning sensation in right leg and that too on right portion. Apart from that i am having stomach ache on left portion when i do some movement .This is symptoms of slip disc or any thing else and i am having pain in back also. Is this curable? which doctor should i consultant Orthopedician or neurologist?

Hello doctor , On first test my hla b27 was positive . After sometime on my second test it was negative . I left the treatment and I had tendonitis this week and my doctor suggest to have another test (third test ) of hla b27 which was again negative . This third test was by PCR and first and second was with flowcytometry . Do I have ankylosing spondylitis ?
