Bone & Muscle problems

Knee pain can't walk and fold knee properly. Also a backpain...and many time pressure r  fluctuated low pressure

I am having leg and muscle pain since last two weeks. My blood test reports shows low vitamin d and b12 levels vitamin d is 6.91 and b12 is 117. I am currently on vitamin supplements and also completed 5 injection course of b12 but the pain still persists when i dont take doctors prescribed pain killers. How long does it will  take to restore these levels in my body also should i undergo any further tests for the same. Please advice.

My mother is having unbearable pain in legs ,thighs and knees. Massaging with mustard oil would temporary relieve for few days however it never ceases. It's happening since 1 year. Doctors would often prescribe calcium tablets but it doesn't shows any effect on long terms. Please suggest something.

Suffering from heel pain kindly help us to resolve it.specially in the evening after office my heel is paining a lot.mine is sitting job so once I stand up and walk my heel start paining.

Hello, I am 24 and for the past few months i get a severe knee pain in my right knee every time i walk too much. Sometimes i even get it even when i dont walk or workout too much and the pain sometimes radiate to the left knee as well. But 90% of the time its only the right knee that severely pains. I have tried everything from pain balms massages to heat packs to ayurvedic oil massages but nothing works. This is causing my daily life and work to suffer. Is there any cure? Why is this happening? Please can someone tell what is this and can this be cured?? Thank you.

MRISCANOF THORACIC SPINE Multiplanar MR imaging of the Thoracic spine has been performed using a phased- array spine coil and large FOV.Severe scoliosis of lower dorsal spine noted with convexity towards left side.A left D10 hemivertebra is noted at the level of maximum scoliotic deformity.Compensatory scoliosis with convexity towards right side is noted in the upper dorsal spine.Right D4 hemivertebra is noted with partial fusion of the posterior elements of the D3, D4 and D5 vertebra on left side.Fusion of C5 and C6 vertebra is noted Partial fusion of C7 and D1 vertebra is noted with fusion of the right sided posterior elements.There is fusion of right sided posterior elements of D2 and D3 vertebra No significant disc bulge or herniation noted in dorsal spine.Dorsal cord appears normal in signal intensity No abnormal cord signal or cord compression is seen.No pre, paravertebral or epidural soft tissue or haematom a is seen.Note is made of mild degenerative cervical spondylotic changes

Leg is swollen and pain badly pls help me wat to do with this ...any suggestion for this help me out

Last month I had undergone ACL reconstruction surgery .operation was successful but I have fixed flextion deformity I cannot pull my leg straight to 180 degree there is some problem in knee and not able to bend the knee .please help me can it b resolved through exercises coz I don't want a resurgery again for this deformity .please help and suggest
