My dad has 2 screws on his right ankle for the past 27 years,now he is having back pain, is it because of the screws?, Is it need to be removed (he has no pain around it). X Ray report shows only back spasm,is it because of the screws,if we remove the screws will he able to walk normally as he is right now?

I met with an accident in December 5 2018 and broke my Right Patella into 2 Parts and Gone through ORIF surgery. Its now almost 5 months and my Physiotherapy was going on. Improvement was pretty good and was able to walk normally, also the strength was coming back. Movement of My knee had already reached more than 120°. But 2days back I slipped on stairs, there was instant Pain and Swelling. When gone for X-Ray, I can see a little gap again where I was fractured last time(Compared to X-Ray from 5 March). I have attached all X-Ray, is everything is good? Or it's fractured again. I'm no more able to bend and lift my leg straight as it's hurting. Swelling has reduced but still there. My surgeon has suggested to tale rest of few days and use knee braces. And continue the physiotherapy after 5-6days rest.My concern is, will I lost all my progress, strength, and movement gain through 5 months of therapy?Will my progress will reduce? How much time will take to become same as I was 2day before

I had a lot of pain in the right hand wrist.I was not able to move my right wrist.At that time my serum uric acid level in blood was high.I am using Dezacor 6. Now my serum uric acid is 5.29 mg/dl and blood sugar fasting is 73.0 mg/dl. Do I need to take Dezacor 6 now?

Some times heavy pain she use to take 1 tablet per Day , so that tablet not giving any relief plesae suggest me medicine
