I have a clicking feeling in my right ring finger when lying down / sleeping. It's very acute in the early mornings, and after getting up slowly vanishes. Sometimes there is a slight pain at the juncture of the finger. Can't rest the finger as I am a professional illustrator who has to draw with that hand..! Whenever I lie down, it comes back! What is this problem, and is there any home remedy for this?

Few days I played Cricket after long time. After that I felt right ankle pain while walking,sitting and when pressure applied. Medicine used but no use. Kindly have a look and suggest further. Nerves getting swallow compare with left ankle.

Hi Last thrusday I suddenly felt weakness in the whole body...not much but could not able to do anything...so I returned back to home from office..I am an engineer...on that day I felt like it was too much weakness in the body...I consulted physian and he has advised some vitamin but after 3 days still same only thing now I do not have much weakness but my leg from knee to foot and my arm is paining like hell...I consulted another doctor he has said dehydration and advised electrol powder...But no relief...I had vovrian 100 mg for pain relief still no relief at all. Please advise sir what is the problem...

My age is 34 male.I have been suffering from arthritis issue for the past six months(uric acid level is 8.0 tested week before).I have visited Vellore CMC hospital for treatment three months before,they said drinking enough water and walking daily is enough and they also said there was no need of medicine (uric acid level is 7.2 at the time of treatment), but I am feeling inconvenience because of joint pains and back pains, can you suggest me the diet to follow and also please let me know is it necessary to take medicines to lower the uric acid level.

I have knee pain and my doctor suggested orthoboon powder daily 1 sachet .. it has a very odd taste.doc said to mix powder in one glass of water ..can I mix some curd and water to that powder and drink it? Will the curd citric acid affect the powder nutrients?? Pls suggest
