Post hospitalisation recovery
I had fistula recently and was on bed for 3 to 4 weeks post surgery. However this has caused lot of strain on my back and body. Is there any particular solution for my back and body to recoup? Should I start taking calcium related medicines to strengthen my bones?

You will have some pain sometimes severe after this operation. The surgeons can only make you comfortable but not completely pain free for 2 to 3 weeks. Plz discuss with your surgeon for further advise
