The MRI report basically states that you have some minor wear and tear in the vertebrae of the neck. It also mentions that the nerves that are coming out of the Spinal canal have Mild amount of pressure. This is also responsible for your neck pain and any pain in arms, if you do get it.
It will be useful to try regular painkillers and specific physiotherapy for your neck, which will help. If it is mostly neck pain, then this is the only solution. If you do get any pain down your arm, then surgery could be considered for relief of arm pain.
Hope this helps.
