Bone & Muscle problems

Yesterday at the time of 1 p.m. my father met an accident during this incident around 4 top right ribs were fractured.

My mother is unable to lift or raise her hand . But no issue with holding the things and doing some activity with it . Please suggest what kind of treatment required for this . Shall i go for phyotherapy .

About 20 ago, after waking up in the morning I felt pain in my lower back /waist area. I feel this pain inside my back bone (not outer side) I went to doctor. He prescribed me diclo gel and dicol para tab. Still the Pain is the same. Meanwhile I also went to osteopathy but now I feel pain also started from outer side of my back bone from lower side. In fact I am feeling a small bump inside my lower back. Insight me...😰

Hi. I went through cesarean delivery in Feb this year. Currently I am experiencing pain in lower back and it runs through right pelvis. At times it's impossible to get up after lying down. Having vitamins and calcium to suppress but not helping much. Also I am taking thyronorm after delivery as the TSH level came 5.48 last month. Please suggest if I should start doing exercises which may help in reducing the backache.

I met with an accident two years ago and got my leg fractured just above ankle nd got operated with two screws screwed and a wire like thing between them , now my leg has completely healed nd i have no problems as such in running or doing any activities. What i want to ask should i get the screws and that wire like thing removed though i dont have any problems because of it and if i get it removed how long will it take to heal nd would bed rest be required?

I am a RH patient and on folitrax 20 mg weekly medicene. 2 years back suddenly my both ankles had unbearable pain and later it became lesser with rest. Last few days it has again flared up and with rest and application of dipfenac spray too thr pain is not reducing . Please suggest
