Iam A Athlete... Increase The Pain Everyday. How To Cure The Leg Tendon Pain... Didn't Properly Daily Training

I am regular runner (3-4 times week) I did over rum my limit 2 weeks.ago. the pain started in left knee on interior side. Though the pain has reduced over a period of time, which tells me that I am recovering.. Also I am wearing knee cap to.support when I am.moving can you advise any medication for early recovery.

Please can you advise about the sleeping position, posture and the surface (hard, soft or what type of bed) a person suffering from disc prolapse (L4&L5) should follow, while sleeping whether do need to put a small pillow under his back or any specific type of mattress to use (memory foam mattress, coir mattress or foam mattress) Many thanks, Jones

I have developed dowager's hump on my back...does it affect my height...if i stand straight even with the hump will my height still be half or one inch short because of hump or my height will be correct if i stand straight?
