I have pain in left hand and upper back with neck pain .. done with cervical spine x-ray reports came return loss of lordosis due to muscle spasm .. taking dynapar tab but still pain is same

You should take some muscle relaxants as well as start hot fermentation. Better to get physiotherapy for a week.

Yes it takes atleast 3 to 6 weeks for pain to settle down. If not get an MRI scan of your cervical spine and discuss with spinal orthopaedician
