Curvature of right side of back
My daughter has been suffering from generalized Osteopenia. D5 hemivertebra is seen in x-ray.mild scoliosis is seen in the upper / mid dorsal spine with convexity towards right side is there in x-ray report.she is also suffering from hypothyroidism since 5 years.she had some breathing problem two years ago.

X-rays shows structural anomaly in spine but scoliosis is mild.
Please convey whether it’s progressing ? Management depends upon problems she s facing at present. she s skeletal mature now and her deformity is unlikely to progress. No big intervention is required at present if curve s stable and posing no major cosmetic problem.
Osteopenia may be treated with medication after getting few tests done.
Thyroid should be kept in balance.
