Is this osteoporosis or osteo arthritis?
Already have rheumatoid arthritis from 15 years and now feeling pain in outer side of right leg in the level of hips and folding right leg is very much difficult. X-ray copy and report is in the attachments. Is this osteoporosis or osteo arthritis or any other disease?

You possibly have Avascular necrosis of femoral head. Kindly visit a ortho surgeon for further advice.

You have avascular necrosis of femoral head. In common terms, the bone of your hip joint is not getting proper blood supply and hence it’s viability has been compromised. You need to undergo an MRI of both the hips in order to stage this problem and seek specialist Orthopaedic opinion.
