Bone & Muscle problems

I got a accident in four year back right leg knee. And I have a knee pain from past 2years. Only I will get pain in night time both legs knee.. And my vitamin d3 is 14% .. And some time it will get muscle pain and finger pain .. this was from 1 month... I done all X ray and vitamin d blood test also.. Plz suggest me from this to get rid out off .. Plz suggest some dates tablet.

Slight pain in the lower back on left side stretching from end of rib cage to bums. The pain is sharp and occurs when strained or in awkward position. Sometimes it occurs while walking causing a change a posture

After TCS 10 km run on 19th May, I noticed slight pain and swelling from 2 Nd day of run. Now I am limping the pain has not increased nor reduced and swelling persists.

Pain at elbow... Issue gripping and lifting weights in some positions. Is it tennis elbow? I did icing already for 2 weeks. Now shd i also apply heat..

Hi doc. I have got this report via MRI scan. It shows loss of lumar lordisis. And other 2 statements on bold, wanted to understand the report and any severe issues I have, since have have lots if back pain and my left hand and left leg is paining at times.

I have arthritis, my all joint mtion is decreasing. i have problem in regular work ex.eating, walking, seating etc.

After x-ray There is fracture with one of the two forearm bones after redius. It is swelling slowly given two medicine calcium amd rebelet tabs. Given suggestions u can go for surgery or plaster. Presently having kachcha plaster I donot what should I do? I have travel home with train and flight I don't know what should I do.
