Is swelling normal after 6 weeks of meniscal repair , feeli g swelling whenever i try to walk or when i bend knee

My wife has a pain in the leg. She did an x-ray . The X-ray shows a spur growth in left heel . Right heel is normal. But she has unbearable pain in the right heel however the left is without pain. As consulted the doctor , he said " there are patients who have spur growing but there is no pain in them " My concern is if her right heel is normal and shows no adverse effect then why it is paining. I am having weakness throughout the body. All bones, joints are causing pain. If somebody who is strong presses any bone it is causing pain. Sounds are coming when I use any joints like neck, throat, knees, hip, elbow. If I use some joint for some time it is paining. My muscle strength is very poor, muscle is very less. I am trying to build muscles. My vitamin D is normal. To mention, physical activity from my childhood is very less and also I am overweight. What this could be? Thanks in advance.
