  4. Bone came out. Is it serious?

Bone came out
From 4 month in my left hand down to palm left side wrist bone came little out and its pain when i move my wrist.specially in sleep when i change my hand position and while squeezing the cloths. Is it serious ? help.

Yes it is a ulnar head and ligament tears problems . Please discuss with your local orthopaedician

It is unlikely that the bone has come out. Probably you have some swelling around a tendon or a cyst.  This is not a serious issue but does need to be examined. Please gist your nearby orthopaedic doctor for further examination and management
