Wrist pain/Grinding sound
Hello doctor, from the last one year I am getting wrist pain in the wrist bone. For the past few years I'm over using the wrist for playing cricket and some other hand strengthening exercise. Now only I came to know that I'm exercising the wrong way. Heavy grinding sounds conning from the wrist while rotating the wrist. Interestingly, the grinding sounds and the pain is coming only when I rotate the wrist in clockwise direction. While I rotate the wrist in anti clockwise direction, there is no sound and pain. What it could be? What could be the possible cause? I'm too worried about this. Help me. Thank you.
