Left knee MCL tear grade 2 please advise
I have an bike accident 2 months back injuring my left knee. After some medication and physiotherapy I have started walking and bearing full weight. But still have some level of instability hence done MRI and attaching the report here. Please help me understand my actual problem and suggest if it can be healed through physiotherapy.

If Instability still persists after 2 months please go for  ACL Reconstruction operation. MCL ligament will scar up and tighten on its own

Mri is showing combination of bony as well as soft tissue injuries. MCL sprain can be manage with brace and gradual mobilisation. Other things can also be managed by similar protocol. If we find significant instability in ACL or mcl then this can be managed with surgical reconstruction. Please make a visit to hospital for detailed clinical examination
