Knee pain since 2 months
Knee is under constant pain.Got a MRI done.Everything came normal. Doctor advised to work on thigh by physiotherapy. Took 10 days of physiotherapy session but haven't got full relief. What should i do.

Hi at your age knee pain can be due to muscular problem if u have sitting job/overweight & if there no history of injury, as MRI is OK, then you should take physiotherapy sessions, & continue with exercise at home also, these are very particular exercises, to know more u can log on www.proactivephysio.in
