Bone & Muscle problems

My wife is a working professional and suffering from leg pain and swelling in just 1 leg from past 45 days. It increases mostly in summer. Thyroid test is also negative. She is just taking Ovral G as medicine to remove cyst. Pain is mostly in feet and not in whole leg.

She had a ankle ligament tear on 11th March, no hairline fracture seen in x-ray (no MRI done). Took complete bed rest for seven days After that started attending office with synthetic cast on. Her legs were in plaster for around 45 days Now 10 days out of cast But still having pain, swelling occurs after a day, can't walk properly.  What may b the reason? Does she need to re-checked myself?

Hi, I had an injury to my left knee two years ago and after undergone MRI scanning came to know i had Grade 3 tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus. Earlier , i had ACL surgery to my right knee . Now , because of my fate got injured to left knee. Can any suggest !! If i really have to go for a surgery, i can . But looking for atleast an alternate solution like Physio , exercises. Also, if haven't gone through surgery what could be the future problems ,please let me know. I am attaching my reports here.

I broke my tibia and fibula in a road accident 2.5 months ago. Kindly suggest if the progress is satisfactory or I should get the upper screw removed to bridge the gap in tibia X-ray attached.

Its been 2 days since the long leg cast was removed (Right Knee Fracture). Weight bearing has been started and a splint is being used to avoid pressure on the knee joint. There is significant swelling near the ankle after 2 days of walking. Is this normal ? How to manage the swelling?
