3 months over for tibial fracture and im nail now I am on more than 50% weight bearing so shall I start practicing without walker or crutches  and with shoes or barefoot.

I had complex meniscus surgery in September 2018 due to tear of lateral meniscus. But due to some reason I developed stich absis after 2 months of surgery. I got the infected stich removed and the antibiotics course was taken . Now after 4 months again I am having some water in my knee which came all of sudden. Can I know what might be the reason and what should I do to over come this water filling in knee.

Doctor suggested vit d 25 hydroxy test for joint pain and found 13.91ng/ml with method CLIA... He suggested a vit d syrup once a week but we lost the prescription n now he has gone on a vacation and can't be reached. What would be the best syrup suggested for her?

My wife had a back pain earlier. She went to a doc. And he had told her to do some exercises and had given calcium tablets and some painkillers. For a while the pain had gone away.
