Pain in neck back and tingling sensation
Hello! I have been experiencing shooting pain in my neck which has moved now to my back. I feel tingling sensation in my hands, neck and back. I have been experiencing this since last one month. The x-ray showed loss of lordosis.

You might have had an interveertebral disc prolapse, get an MRI done

Get a mri done, till then rest, no aggressive movements, get back to us with reports .

Get an MRI scan of your cervical spine and discuss with a spinal orthopaedician
