L4-L5 disc de-generation.
Sir, Kindly check and let me know the future plan with the help of MRI report. L4-L5 central, left paracentral and left lateral, recurrent extruded disc with a DEBIT (Disc extension beyond interspace) of 4-5 mm with foraminal extension impinging on to the thecal sac, traversing and exiting nerve roots on left.  Mild degree facet joint synovial inflammatory disease at L3-L4 & L4-L5 with joint fluid.  Significant foraminal and lateral impingement of the left lumbosacral trunk and L4-L5 exiting root on left by the extruded disc at L4-L5. Please discuss with your spinal Surgeon who has done the MRI scan .if not undergone surgery before please get the operation done asap before you lose control of your legs

Mri repot suggest nerve compression by a disc at L4/L5. Management depends on ur symptoms and how bad they are. If problem is recurrent and having disabling pain and numbness in involved leg or loss of muscle power then surgery s indicated. Please visit to check your neural system to suggest u best management
