Remove ring from my finger
Ring is stuck around my fore finger and i am unable to remove the ring due to swelling of the finger. How to remove it.?? I have tried all possible ways. Whom should I consult?

If you are not able to remove because of swelling then only option left is to cut the ring with cutter
