Distal Biceps Tendons Stinging Pain
Been playing Badminton for few weeks now and feel stinging pain in Right hand between Forearm and Biceps distal biceps tendons i believe .. Feels like a strong bite for few times a day.. Like 3 to 4 times only... Pls recommend a support that can be used while playing to avoid injury and pain

Seems to be tendinitis or a partial tear. Withhold from sports for few weeks and take analgesics. If it doesn’t help then see a Orthopaedic doctor. You might need MRI then after initial X-rays

Get an MRI scan of the distal biceps tendon. Sometimes it can be partly avulsed from the insertion and can lead to problems in future

Please use otc pain medication and hot packs.  Don't play till pain subsides. Precaution before playing-proper warm up and stretching If your pain persists please meet with a nearby orthopedic doctor
