Pain in foot
Having pain and swelling in foot it is pricking pain which is on and off.it is there since 4years Taken many medical advice but no permanent cure .fed up of pain and swelling .

Try wearing footwear with sloping wedges. Tall from behind and gradually tapering in the front. You are probably having calf tightness because of which you are loading front of your foot more thus leading to swelling and pain in that region. A aggressive stretching of muscles around the ankle in addition to addressing your lifestyle that contributes to calf tightness is required.

You definitely need some orthopedic assessment to diagnose it & to find out the reason for pain and swelling. Also you need to have some blood & other investigations done . A detailed history and clinical examination will surely help you.

There's lot of swelling. You should show to an orthopedic surgeon and find out the cause for the pain and swelling.
