Foot pain since last 2 days of left leg. He can't able to walk properly because his foot touches to ground he may feel pain. He is walking with toe support now.

Hi, My husband had consulted an Ortho for low back pain who had suggested to do an MRI whose report has been attached here. He diagnosed him with SI arthritis and suggested to do few more blood test such as esr, crp, ra factor and hla- b27. I wanted a second opinion if based on the MRI findings if it is suggestive of arthritis and should we be doing further blood tests since the pain usually lasts 2-3 days in absence of pain killers, hence we aren't sure if arthritis is suspected.

MRI report says Inumerable Lytic lesions are scattered in the entire spine,pelvic bones,sternum,visualized long bones,ribs and calvarium, appearing hypointense on T1W and T2W images. These are consistent with metasis. What does this indicate and What should me the next course of action?

Left knee especially during feeding,while in ac ,cold weather,after bath and after activity,cracking

Hello doctor, My doctor diagnosed an (acute on chronic cervical strain no neurodeficit )and prescribed (Tab. Etornext th )but it causing me a severe stomach pain. However (Tab. ketoflex) prescribed a year ago for the same problem doesn't cause any problem. Can I take ketoflex instead of etornext th. I am a nursing mom. Is it safe for an infant? Thank you!

After 2 months post op, my doctor gave me a green light to start walking without walker and put 100% weight on my ankle. I started walking and was able to walk without any pain for 2 hours. But after that pain is so immense that i am not able to put 100% weight at all now, not even with the walker. It's been 2 days like that and the pain is still there. Is this normal? What should i do to get normal walking back?

Have severe pain in my joints and in my legs swelling coming when i take pain killer then my pain vanished but have swelling always. i always have pain and swelling since 20 days. Before 8 years dr. Told me that i have gap in my left joint but i have pain nd swelling in my right leg... Please help me... What should i do?

Good evening sir/mam Facing lower right side back pain which cause right side thigh , groin area pain. While moving pain increase, while sleeping unable to move feels pain like electric shock..taking medicine from yesterday neugaba m 75 at 8:30pm , maxgalin 50 , and cipcal 500. Still feeling pain..any other medicine just like NSAIDS can I take both together? Tomorrow need to go visit hospital for father's treatment he is suffering from brain tumor..pls sir give me a suggestion
