I have mid shoulder pain and neck pain. Recently experienced both hands tingling and numbness. What to do?

I'm suffering from Back stiffness, Legs and arms pain (heated pains)  with slight eye heaviness & sleepy feeling... My doctor recommended to use Cetjoint SG... After taking it for 2 days I saw improvements... But when will my vitamin D boost up-to 30-50 ?

Upper backpain at one point (left side of back) from two days, it is getting increased if bending or stretching at the same point.

Back pain Since 4 months , I travel daily 40 km on bike, Job in call centre, Work in shifts, never get time for excercise, 103 Kg wait due to sitting job, Have been smoking 2 cigarettes a day, Drink occasionally. Have had fever and hectic travel in last week.

I had ORIF trimalleolar fracture surgery 2 months back. This Saturday on 3rd August after doing x ray i was told to walk with 100% body weight and with no support. I have been putting full body weight on my ankle from past 2 days. Due to which the ankle has swollen and i have been getting immense pain. Is this normal? Does walking too much help in sooner recovery? If no, how gradually it should be increased?

I am a middle distance runner. I got knee pain from past 7 months I did mri and Dr. Said everything is ok all ligaments and meniscus are ok. But from past 7 months I can't run properly I run 2 week and then got pain I have rest for 1 month. I do many strengthening exercises. But pain stills their. I got pain not on outer knee but outer below knee .

Hi Doctor, I wanted to know if cartigen forte causes weight gain when consumed every day? Since i got a viral fever attack, my joints are aching despite recovering from fever. Need some supplement for strengthening bones. Thank you.

Sometimes cramp in my calf muscle and I have been experiencing this from last 1 months and looking for a solution

My tricep snaps when I do bicep curls...and I had swelling and tenderness...now after 1 month rest swelling and pain is gone but it still snaps...can I continue workout with tricep brace?
