Dear sir I my MRI report says " c3 c4 level small posterior disc protrusion causing mild thecal sac indentation bilateral neural foramina maintained " Sir is it spondylitis? What is the treatment pl tell me

Pain for back till toe , does not have strength to walk for more than 10mts. Pain mainly during morning

Hi doctors I went to an ortho as I had pain in my back, gradually extending to my leg. He advised MRI and he is recommending surgery as there is some protrusion. 1. Is it really necessary to go for surgery directly? 2. Are there no nonsurgical treatments available for this stage? 3. Is this observation critical in any aspect? 4. Will the surgery be critical and may have any side effects in future? Observation: LARGE POSTERIOR CENTRAL AND LEFT PARACENTRAL PROTRUSION OF L5-S1 DISC CAUSING COMPRESSION OF LEFT S1 ROOT I have attached my report herewith. Please respond asap. Thanks in advance

Before one year I have had severe right side upper shoulder pain and my doctor gave me injections for 4 weeks and tablet gafercal triple for three months. My vitamin d was 10.6 . After the injections my pain faded away. Now after one year again is my having the same pain with stiff shoulder and pain starts from neck and even the hand is hurting me so bad. . When it got several I started getting pins kind of pain while lifting up or any small activity. I was a breastfeeding mother when I started having this pain before one year. Please suggest me if I can use the same medication. Or can I use d rise 60000iu per week. Please give me suggetions

My wife had a fall last Sunday due to slippery floor which she was wiping. She slipped with both legs giving away and landed on her buttocks. She is feeling pain in the left bone in the sitting area which makes it difficult to sit or get up or move. Applied heat treatment few times but pain is not receding. No exterior swelling but a small lump can be felt near the bone area.
