Sir should we go for surgery or it can be cured with phsiotherapy please let us know further line of action

She is having gap in spine, can it be recovered? Doctor advised not to bend and told basic excercise. Will it be recovered permanently or she has to take care for whole life?

I am RA patient. I have taken medication for RA. Last month RA factor negative. But pains as usual. Why?

I steeped my foot wrongly and a popping sound came during fall time. I contacted a orthopaedic (far away from my place) , He check x-ray, nothing was fracture but foot was swelling a lot around (3rd-4th)metatarsal. he gave chymoflam, INDCLAV 625 & SU-MAG. now swelling is gone but movement of toe is some what restricted. whenever i tried to go office, tightness & redness of those area appears. swelling goes 3 days a ago. Here very few doc is available and No physiotherapist. so i go for delhi? or visit same doctor (50km away from my location) or should i take rest more? Or any advice?  I fall 19 days ago. and contacted doctor 10 days ago

Hello doctor, I met an accident on my polio attacked leg on 4months before ,facture on my thigh bone(femur facture )already my bones are very week.surgery done they inserted the plate from my thigh to knee.after my surgery for 2months am n bed rest after 2months only trying to start walk.now I started walking but unable to bend my knee.also am going to physiotherapy but still there is no improvement and I didn't bend my knee.please suggest me treatment for fast recovery from the above problem.thanks.

Has severe back pain ..doctor has asked for operation  saying there is probability of spinal bone enlargement. They stay in durgapur, west Bengal. There is a dr Named madhavan thiruvengada in Chennai who visits every month to durgapur, and is specialist in ortho, wanted to chat with him, as his next visit to durgapur is on 12th perhaps next month .. wanted his opinion regards his pain, which is quite severe... should we wait for him or go for the operation which local doctors has prescribed . Kindly get the opinion from him
