I have received my blood reports with following deficiencies.. 1)Vitamin B-12 166 ( 211 - 911) 2)25-OH Vitamin D 14.9 (30-100) 3)Est. Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) 65 ( + 90) 4)Creatinine - 1.31 ( 0.6 - 1.1) 5) HbA1c 5.9 ( considered Prediabetic) 6) Average Blood Glucose : 123 (above normal ) Request advise for precautions and recovery.

I had fistula recently and was on bed for 3 to 4 weeks post surgery. However this has caused lot of strain on my back and body. Is there any particular solution for my back and body to recoup? Should I start taking calcium related medicines to strengthen my bones?

For massive leg pain which department should I visit? After taking physiotherapy problem was not solved. Some time he can't walk..

Since a few weeks, when I stand up after sitting for some time or try to sit cross legged, my knees feel after getting up & get fine after walking for sometime. My knees also feel tightness after heavy sports or running.

It's been 6 months after TKR surgery has performed. Her left knee is under severe pain, even she can't bend it now. Doctor has cheked for infection but it didn't occur. Pain is increasing day by day and due to her kidney problem she can't be medicated with pain killers. She is under mental trauma and willing to die rather than tolerating this pain. What to do please tell me !!
