Bone & Muscle problems

Everyday when I get up I experience a lower back pain.a small area above my buttocks. It stays for 1 hour and then vanishes for the rest of the day. It doesn't come untill the next day morning. Actually pain wakes me up in the morning, because of which I can't sleep anymore. Please advise on this what should I do next.

I am having my muscles pain near hand- elbow joint for now 3-4 months now.. I am anticipating arthritis as the pain has not reduced but slowly going more ground from one hand to both. In certain stressed hand folding / other twisted hand position it really pains. I also feel kind of drainedout of energy by end of day. Pls advice

One year back My right knee was suddenly swelling and unable to walk.so i consulted an orthopedic and he has given antibiotics and later i have taken arthritis treatment for 15days .During the treatment no pain but once stop again getting pain.So i took an MRI and got report as bone infarcts.i consult some other orthopedic he has done arthroscopy and later said get the treatment for arthritis.after 1year i got swelling in left knee.i took the MRI for left knee got the report as osteonecrosis.i consult orthopedic doctor.he said no problem continue the arthritis treatment. But I am worried about the necrosis.present i don't have pain.just have little swelling in left knee due to effusion. What I need to do.please suggest

I got a plaster for a ligament tear back in 2014. Since then I often twist my ankle while walking and hurt myself. My ankle swells up for days. Is it because my ankle is weak now? What should be done apart from walking carefully?

Find mri my brother having mild pain which is radiate to lower extremities while walking. doctor give him pain medication suggest can we go to physio.

Hello all, I had an accident from my bike few days back and i have my skin scratched on my elbow and my leg. I had it dressed from local hospital. After one dressing i removed the leg joint dressing and redressed elbow wound. After that repeated. I am applying cipladine on my leg wound. But it is not seems to be healing. Now after reading on practo purchased Mupirocin for applying. Should i apply it instead of cipladine or continue with the same. Regards, Vivek.

I had plantar fascitis in my right heel, it occured when I was wearing a very flat chappal on A very Rocky road, a pointed stone just got to my heel and i was limping immediately. The pain subsided and reoccured after few weeks and it became extremely difficult for me to walk, went to doc, told it was plantar fascitis, took steroid since pain was worse and painkillers were doing no good. But even after that was not completely well, got xray done and plantar fascitis was gone but still had pain. Continued with homeopathy medicines, cold therapy and exercises, and pain was subsiding. For few days,had extensive walk,missed exrecises and cold therapy, pain got back again immensely. Please tell me what is causing the pain and how to get rid of it? Is walking still the cause behind pain? How long does it actually take for it to heal?
