Bone & Muscle problems

I had an ACL reconstruction done in 2015 due to a sport injury. After like 2 years, I started playing games again. And from a month, I have pain in knee when I do squatting and putting too much pressure on knee. Recent MRI scans results are attached here. Please advice me what to do. The results seem scary from MRI.

How can we get to know weather it's lateral pelvic tilt or short leg after hip fracture i had hair line fracture in left hip

I have a problem that my knee joint and other bones are became painful last 1 month after deliver case.. My baby is nw 6 month old I consult my gynae so she recommend vitamin d3 and calcium for 3mnth but I afraid that after 3mnth is the pain continue or cure permanently... Should I stop breast feed...

My mother has pain above her feets and in knees please suggest medicine for calcium or something so that she can get relief

I am taking anti tuberculosis medicine AKT4 and after taking it 5days suddenly my left knee joint steeps and pains while changing positions seating to standing or walking. What I need to do?

Actually strday I had little sprain...in leg so I took scan and in that no fracture so Dr said it may be blood clot or muscle sprain .so thy gave cloth...can I use" ichthammol glycerin b.p.c..".its paining and little swelling..wht can I use ..so my grandma suggested to use that..can I use

My shoulder Joints making sound  & left shoulder paining when I lift the hand. Even fingures making sound

1) Pain in Upper Back and Ribs, not able turn around once laid down. Lower Back get stretched and pain continuously. 2) Major Pain in left Hip joint, even if I press little at Right Side of lower back pain gets start at left Hip joint (pain is there from last 12 years) 3) Neck Pain 4) Pain in niece of Ear 5) One Side of Nose always Blocked, able to take breath from one side of nose only **Because of the all above issues my energy level decrease from 100 to 20 %

I am suffering from sharp pain seem to be originating from left shoulder blade and neck ,, radiating to left arm and little bit to left side chest. My MRI report reads as ----C6-7 :- Medium sized left paracentral disc extrusion causing thecal sac compression, mild cord compression on left side and impingement upon left C 7 nerve root. Is this treatable completely? Will I be able to do regular exercise,yoga, running in future? How many days does it take to improve so that I can join my office? Any home remedies? Kindly suggest me as I am very scared about my future. Regards Mohinder

Hi, Im feeling pain in my knee when I bend my knee or sit cross legged or when I keep leg in straight position for long time or climb stairs. And also click sound come from knee when I bend or when climb stairs or sometime while walking. Also I find pain sometimes while walking and feel unstable walk sometime.I had delivered Last year October month for a baby via c section.N I am working mom how is handling all household works like cleaning,cooking standing for more than 2hrs continuly and coming to office work I sit for long hours like 3hrs continues. Not doing any workouts or exercises please tell me what might me the issue
