Bone & Muscle problems

Hi doctor last 3 days i am experiencing this type of pain..in right side under rib or touch one point of rib bone sharp pin appaear..when i put pressure on that area sharp pin appear..please help what can i do for the same..its like something swell please help

Pain in the lower back is since three months. I've to ask if spine endoscopy can be performed? I'm from Delhi, where I can go for lumbre endoscopic.

I have a pain below the knee cap and beside them.i saw a orthopedist and did physiotherapy for 5 days but it did not improve much.

For last 4-5 months I've noticed that I'm hearing the frequent sound of cracking bone from knee joint. After, which I could feel mild burning sensation. Due to which I could feel that pain on my both knees. Also, while resting on one leg while commuting in metro I could feel stress on the knee and contraction. Kindly suggest some remedy to overcome this suffering.

I am experiencing pain in my lower legs while i do running.Also i feel that whenever i lift weights my body gives up after 4-5 count. Also sometimes after exercising my body starts feeling too tired and i suddenly feel a low fever and i feel cold but after 2-3 hrs i feel normal. I read somewhere that lack of vitamin d might be a reason for this.What do you have to say???

My father has a lateral malleolus fracture. I am attaching the X-rays just after the injury and also after 6 days. Please advise whether surgery is needed or POP will suffice to treat the fracture?

Actually my 4 year old son whenever moves his neck up and down there is a cracking popping or clicking sound  each time he does it and he showed it to us 2 months back. He uses too much of mobile phones too. What can it be.today visited the ortho and the xray says crepitus in c7. Doctor told to wait for 6 months more. What should be done next.
