Vitamin D Total 25 OH LEVEL IS 11.7

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have a muscle pain in a body and bone pain in back for last two months. I took a calcium and vitamin d total 25 oh test and the results are 7.2 mg/uL for calcium and 11.7 ng/ml for vitamin d total 25 OH. Can i take nutrileon tablet daily which is calcium 500 mg and vitamin d3 250 IU. Please give any suggestion sir? Thanking you.

You have vitamin D deficiency , you need higher dose as supplements. Syp Bob dk 60k once weekly or minimum 12 wks.
