Ring is stuck around my fore finger and i am unable to remove the ring due to swelling of the finger. How to remove it.?? I have tried all possible ways. Whom should I consult?

I got injured recently while lifting heavy bag and had shoulder pain, radiating to arms , inflammation at upper back. The MRI shows disc bulge - osteophyte at c4-c5, c5-c6 levels, c3-c4 . Minimal anterior thecal sac indentation , mild bilateral neural forsminsl narrowing impinging exiting nerve roots. MRI doesn't show nerve compression but says disc bulge. Does disc bulge also disturb nerve . How to reduce the disc bulging? I am going to Physiotherapy but what are the best exercises, tips for relieved with problem completely. Does heating pads, traction get rid of disc bulge? Once disc bulge happens can't the disc bulge vanish after physio? Should I need to wear neck brace belt to correct the upper back posture? Please advise 2.

I am getting pain at the back side of my left leg knee,getting pain. At the time of bending, recently went to a doctor he said they it was a normal and and he gave the medication of ultracet and pregablin tablets for one week but there is no result

My mother (patient) is having minor knee joint pain and is not able to walk comfortably. Doctors have prescribed synvisc-one injection which was applied 3 weeks back. Doctors have also recommended sufficient rest from daily work schedule at home. She is still not able to walk freely all the time and having intermittent pain at times near knee joint. Requesting for recommendations, suggestions for any non surgical treatments.

My mother in law is experiencing pain in her left knee when she sits with leg straight. But when she bends it, the pain is not there... Secondly she complains of burning sensation in her legs when she sits in air conditioned room... what can be the probable cause for these?? Kindly advise....

Im suffering from this disease since from 7years. Im right handed person but from 7years my right portion body is weak n I'm very sure that to do any work my left portion body moves to situation n right moves slowly. At night my left portion of the body will be paining. Legs are weak n balancing during walk is little weak . please help me out.
