Reduce weight. Don't lift more than 5 kg do back exercises if you have night pain red flag do a MRI

We need to find out why the pain is there. If you have a sedentary desk job that May be the cause. Posture correction is important in that case. Weak back muscles is the commonest cause. Also deficiency of vitamin D3 May be a contributory factor.
